Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. The nose shows good intensity revealing aromatics of lime and green apple laced with fresh herbs underpinned by wet stone, citrus and flinty mineral notes. On the palate fresh pear, lime and green apple flavours infused with delicate fresh herbs overlay a back drop of stony mineral characters. Rounded, yet fresh slatey mouthfeel finishing dry with lovely vibrant acidity. Aftertaste of lime juice, light pear, citrus, subtle fresh herb infusions and stony mineral characters.
Drink over next 3-4 years.
