Domaine de Nizas is located on the outskirts of the village of Nizas near Pézenas in the heart of the historic Languedoc region in the South of France. The Languedoc has been a winemaking region since the 5th century BC. In 1998, Domaine de Nizas was purchased and revitalized by American businessman John Goelet, who with Bernard Portet, founding winemaker of Clos Du Val in Napa Valley, identified the exceptional terroir of Pézenas as the ideal site to produce high-quality artisan wines.

A delicious, spicy Rose loaded with flavour.

Produced from a blend of 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre grapes. Translucent damask pink colour with a watery hue. Spicy ripe raspberry and strawberry aromas are followed by infusions of musk with stony end notes. Full of flavour and nicely textured the spicy palate dishes up delicious flavours of ripe raspberries and strawberries subtlety infused with spicy musk over a stony back drop. Dry finish with cleansing acidity and a long spicy aftertaste of ripe raspberries, strawberries, musk and stony characters.
