2016 Craiglee Eadie's Block Shiraz

Deep dark red black colour with a purple red hue. The nose offers up scents of liquorice, red plum and dark cherries followed by vanillin cedar, dried meats, scorched earth and peppered dried herbs. Medium weighted the palate is generously flavoured with red plum, liquorice and red cherry fruits infused with pepper. Elements of dried herbs and smoked meats are also present. Elegant cool climate feel with good fresh acidity and polished tannins. Refined medium length conclusion.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
