Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Top notes of passionfruit dominate the nose with lime, citrusy mineral and a light grassiness also present. The palate is filled with fruity passionfruit, tropical fruit and citrus flavours over some lime and faint mineral. Crisp acidity with an aftertaste of passionfruit, limes and citrusy mineral.
