2016 Bellvale Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a bright crimson red hue. Fragrant scents of violets, ripe cherries and strawberries blossom from the glass followed by a hint of meatiness and spicy cedar. Light to medium weight the palate has a ripe almost juicy like flavour profile of dark and dried cherries as well as strawberry jam followed by a touch of toasty cedar and spice. Soft supple mouthfeel and velvety tannins. Aftertaste of liqueur soaked cherries, strawberry jam and spicy toasted oak.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
