2016 Bellevue Estate Shiraz

Impenetrable inky black dark purple colour with a very deep dark purple hue. Youthful dark plum, freshly crushed blackberry and liquorice aromas blossom from the glass overlaying vanillin cedar and spice. The palate is filled with freshly squeezed blackberry and plum juice flavours tinged with liquorice. Vanillin oak and spice underpinning the vibrant rich fruits. Youthful inky finish with bright acidity and fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark plums, blackberry juice, liquorice and vanillin cedar.
