2016 Babich Headwaters Albarino

Certified Organic. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe lime and pears tinged with a hint of honeysuckle followed by some citrus and flinty mineral end notes. Texturally full in the mouth with ripe lime and pear flavours dominate over infusions of honeysuckle, citrus and light mineral. Finishes dry with good fresh acidity and an aftertaste of ripe limes, fleshy pears, light honeysuckle, citrus and delicate mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
