2016 1314 A.D. Pinot Noir

Hazy dark red colour with a light red hue. Elevated aromatics of red and sour cherries laced with subtle notes of dried clove and stalky cedar are followed by spicy dried herb end notes. Very light in body flavours of sour cherries and red cherries infused with dried herbs overlay some stalk and spice. Quite savoury with bright acidity on the finish and finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy sour cherries, hints of red cherries, dried herbs and some stalkiness.
Cellar 2-3 years.
