2015 Yarrh Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Delicate aromas of fresh herbs, light passionfruit and green apple emerge from the glass with subtle grassy end notes. Light weight the palate has flavours of passionfruit intermixed with green apple over some lime and fresh herbs. Dry finish with racy acidity and an aftertaste of passionfruit, fresh herbs and lime.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
