2015 Xanadu Exmoor Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges. The nose offers up aromas of citrus intermixed with herbaceous grassy characters, asparagus and spicy dried herb infusions. Light and fresh, herbaceous grassy flavours and citrus combine over some asparagus, dried herbs and subtle minerality. Clean dry finish with crisp acidity. Aftertaste of citrus, grassy asparagus and dried herbs.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.

Doing what comes naturally for Margaret River: producing a wine with that extra degree of intensity and length to its mouthwatering display of citrus rind, vibrant acidity and a bovine mouthful of grasses, herbs and flowers. Unbeatable bargain. Drink by 2018.
