2015 West Cape Howe Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose displays aromas of lime, citrus and green apple with some light talc end notes. Flavours of green apple and limes move lightly across the palate with some following citrus and a touch of talcy mineral. Crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of lime, green apple and talcy mineral.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
