Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends are a Margaret River staple over the summer months. Vasse Felix’s 2015 Classic Dry White is made up of 62% Semillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 3% Chardonnay.

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Herbaceous grassy asparagus top notes are met by some passionfruit with green apple and citrus following. Light, refreshing and flavoursome the palate features grassy herbaceous characters alongside some passionfruit, asparagus and citrus. Clean crisp dry finish with an aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, light passionfruit and spicy asparagus.
