2015 Toolangi Emanai

A blend of Chardonnay and Voignier co-fermented and aged in French oak for 4 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe peaches and apricots meld into some dried honey characters with spice end notes. Vibrant apricot and peach flavours drift lightly across the palate with subtle dried honey and spice on the finish. Fresh acidity with an aftertaste of apricot, peaches and spicy dried honey characters.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
