2015 Tomich Best of Both Worlds Chardonnay

Hailed as the best vintage in 10 years for the Adelaide Hills, this unwooded Chardonnay delivers fantastic value.

Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of nectarines and lemon butter followed by some honeysuckle, nougat and spice. Medium weight with a good dose of fleshy fruit the palate features flavours of white peaches and nectarines intermixed with dried honey characters over some citrusy nougat and spice. Excellent fruit purity, concentration and textural qualities finishing fresh and long. Lengthy conclusion of ripe white peaches, honeyed nectarines, nougat and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
