2015 Tim Gramp Watervale Riesling

The outstanding Rieslings from the 2015 Clare Valley vintage just keep coming and this is no exception. Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of lemon and lime blossom from the glass followed by green apple, orange rind and light talc. Fresh crunchy flavours of lime and citrus fill the palate with some underlying green apple, orange rind and mineral also present. Racy acid finish with a long aftertaste of lime, citrus, orange rind and mineral.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years.
