2015 The Wilson Vineyard Pepperstone Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Nosing reveals aromas of liquorice and ripe blackberries laced with hints of dark chocolate, smoky vanillin oak and trailing spice notes. Medium to full bodied with a soft fleshy mouthfeel the palate is generously flavoured with liquorice, subtle dark chocolate infusions, juicy blackberries, smoky vanillin oak and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, blackberries, smoky vanillin oak and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
