2015 The Stag Shiraz

Opaque black red colour with a bright purple red hue. Inky freshly crushed blackberry and liquorice aromas are trailed by vanillin cedar and spice. Very youthful palate with inky berry fruits the dominate force over some liquorice and spicy vanillin cedar. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins. Modest aftertaste of inky freshly crushed berries, subtle liquorice and spicy vanillin cedar.
Cellar 2-3 years.
