Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Pronounced aromas of liquorice, blackberries and dark plum overlay toasty vanillin cedar and blackpepper scents. Juicy rich blackberry, liquorice and dark plum flavours coat the palate over a prominent base of charry oak and spicy pepper. Robust structure with finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackberries, liquorice, lingering charry oak and spicy pepper.
Cellar 4-5 years.
