2015 Sevenhill Inigo Shiraz

Immense depth of colour displaying an inky black core with a very deep dark red black hue. Heady scents black cherry liqueur, liquorice and blackberry sit over a good dose of vanillin cedar and spice. Whopping palate size with liqueur like richness and concentration. Mouthfilling flavours of ripe black cherries, liquorice and blackberries sit atop vanillin cedar, scorched earth and spicy pepper. Firm, drying tannins carry the opulent fruit finishing chewy with an aftertaste of black cherry liqueur, liquorice, vanillin oak, scorched earth and pepper.
