Brilliant water like colour with a very faint greenish tinge around the edges. Herbaceous grassy aromas are mixed in with hints of tropical fruits followed by asparagus and citrus. Light with a quite dry finish the palates tropical fruit flavours are overlaid by herbaceous grassy characters and asparagus with a touch of spice also apparent. Clean dry finish with crisp acidity and a modest aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, asparagus and spice.
