2015 Rymill Coonawarra Shiraz

Dense black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Lifted aromas of liquorice, blackberries and ripe dark cherries meld into spicy vanillin cedar with hints of dark chocolate as end notes. Full bodied, rich spicy blackberry, liquorice and dark plum flavours fill the mouth over a backdrop of subtle choc mint and vanillin cedar. Opulently textured with sturdy but velvet like tannins providing the framework. Long ripe blackberry, liquorice, dark plum, spicy chocolatey vanillin oak and pepper.
