2015 Rutherglen Estates Renaissance Viognier Roussanne Marsanne

Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tint around the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe peach and apricot aromas overlay some citrusy dried honey like notes followed by faint bees wax and spice. The palate possesses good richness along with a textured mouthfeel that will be further enhanced with bottle age. Right now there’s a balanced freshness to the flavours of apricot, ripe peaches and dried honey with traces of citrus and spice also present. Dry finish with a medium to long aftertaste of lightly spiced apricots, peaches and citrusy honey.
