2015 Rolf Binder Eden Valley Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge and a watery hue. Lifted top notes of lime and citrus are intermixed with orange rind followed by some subtle rose petal, green apple and mineral. The palate is intensely flavoured with a mixture of lime, orange and citrus which dominates over a zesty finish of crunchy green apple and mineral. Lively acidity with a long aftertaste of lime, orange rind, citrus and mineral.
Drink over the next 12 months or cellar 5-6 years.
