2015 Risky Business Shiraz Grenache Tempranillo

Excellent colour displaying a totally opaque black dark purple core with a bright dark purple hue. Lifted aromas of liquorice and black cherries subtlety infused with dried clove overlay some meatiness and blackpepper. The medium to full bodied palate is awash with succulent liquorice and black cherry flavours ably supported by robust chewy tannins. Underpinning the fruit are nuances of vanillin cedar and dried meats concluding with a burst of blackpepper. Opulent yet chewy mouthfeel. Long pepper infused ripe black cherry, liquorice, dried meat and spicy vanillin cedar aftertaste.
