2015 Pervini I Monili Tarantino Primitivo

Totally opaque black dark red core with a dark red hue. Aromas of dried cherries and black plum overlay hints of liquorice followed by earth and spicy raisin like end notes. Medium bodied with ample fruit richness and a supple mouthfeel, flavours of black plum and dried cherries overlay a touch of liquorice, some raisin like characters and subtle spice. Silky smooth tannins round out the finish with an aftertaste of black plums, dried cherries, slightly raisined characters and a dash of spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
