2015 Parish Vineyard Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Lively scents of lime and citrus are followed by some green apple, faint talc and mineral. Mouth watering flavours of lemon and lime burst across the palate with crunchy green apple, subtle orange rind and mineral also having an underlying presence. Excellent concentration. Crisp acidity with a long finish of lime, citrus, subtle talc and mineral.
Drink now or in 5-6 years.
