2015 Paringa Estate Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose displays ripe lime aromas alongside some citrus, subtle tropical fruits and talc. Fresh and zesty the palate is filled with ripe lime and citrus flavours with a steely spine and mineral infused finish. Racy acidity with an aftertaste of ripe lime, citrus, subtle tropical fruits and steely mineral.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years.
