2015 O'Leary Walker Polish Hill River Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Intense lime juice and lemon aromas are followed by some crunchy green apple, talc and mineral. Light and refreshing with zesty acidity the palate features lime juice and lemon flavours which run over some green apple and talc with a crisp dry mineral infused finish. Long aftertaste of lime, lemon, talc and mineral.
Drink now or cellar 6-8 years.
