2015 Narkoojee Reserve Chardonnay

A big, richly textured Chardonnay loaded with flavour.

Matured in 30% new French oak barriques. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Alluring aromas of ripe peaches intermixed with honeycomb and butterscotch dominate the nose followed by nougat, creamy cashew and light spice. A deliciously rich array of ripe peach, apricot, honeycomb and butterscotch flavours fill the palate showing exceptional concentration. Expansive, luscious textural feel with underlying nuances of cashew, nougat and spice following on. Superb power and depth with a very long ripe peach, apricot, honeycomb, light butterscotch, cashew, nougat and spice aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
