2015 Moorilla Muse Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a red to brick red hue. Nosing offers up scents of dark cherries, plum and anise which meld into earthy forest floor like notes, dried herbs and spicy cedar. The light to medium weighted palate possesses good richness with dark cherry and plum fruits overlaying anise, toasty cedar, earth and spicy dried herbs. Slightly dryish finish with grainy tannins and a lengthy conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

Has more drive and complexity than the very developed colour would suggest, the bouquet fragrant and spicy, the palate following suit. Drink by 2025.
