2015 Montalto Pennon Hill Pinot Noir

Light but powerful with a deliciously savoury flavour profile.

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light crimson red hue. Perfumed aromas of violets interlaced with ripe dark cherries and strawberries emanate from the glass followed by some anise and spicy cedar. Delicious flavours of dark cherries, strawberries, faint anise, some meatiness and spicy cedar gracefully dance their way across the palate creating a very savoury experience. Very fine grained velvet like tannins. Excellent power wave with a long finish of spicy dark cherries, strawberries, meaty characters and cedar.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
