2015 Ministry of Clouds Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a light but distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Lime and green apple top notes are followed by some citrus with talc and mineral end notes. Light and focused the palate features lemon, lime and green apple flavours over some light talc and subtle steely minerality. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime, green apple and mineral.
