2015 Merricks Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with glimmers of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Exotic aromas of peaches tinged with apricot meld to dried honey characters followed by hints of cashew, citrusy nougat and spice. Rich and creamy in texture the palate features intense flavours of peaches, apricots and dried honey which sit over traces of bees wax, citrusy nougat and spicy cashew. Dry, lengthy finish concluding with peaches and apricot laced in dried honey, subtle bees wax, citrusy nougat and cashew.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
