2015 Louis Jadot Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinged straw outskirts. Aromas of pears and wet stone interact with some faint dried honey and biscuit characters followed by slatey mineral end notes. Nicely rounded mid palate with pear and dried honey flavours melding together over light cashew, some stoniness and spice. Dry finish with balanced acidity and an aftertaste of pears, dried honey, cashew and spice.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
