2015 La Manufacture Bourgogne Cotes d'Auxerre Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Lifted red cherry and red currant aromas are subtlety laced with hints of scorched earth, spicy cedar and delicate fresh herb infusions. Light in body the palate has flavours of red cherries and red currant which sit over subtle forest floor, cedar and spicy herbs. Bright dry finish with finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of red cherries, red currants, earthy dried herbs and spicy cedar. A light, fresh, easy going Bourgogne to drink over the next 3-4 years.
