2015 Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Scents of ripe blackberry and liquorice intermix with some choc mint and spicy vanillin cedar. Medium to full bodied the palate dishes up ripe fruit flavours of blackberries, dark chocolate and liquorice over a hint of mint and spicy vanillin oak. Fleshy mouthfeel with fine grained tannins. Concludes with an aftertaste of dark chocolate, blackberries, subtle mint and spicy vanillin oak.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
