2015 Hubert The Stag Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a crimson red hue. Fragrant aromas of ripe dark cherries and anise intermix with toasty cedar, some meatiness and spice. Light to medium weight with good richness, length and a supple mouthfeel the palate has flavours of ripe dark cherries, anise, toasty oak and spice. Very fine grained velvety tannins. Finishes with an aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, anise and toasty cedar.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
