2015 Hentley Farm Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black crimson red colour with a deep dark crimson red hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant aromas intermix with liquorice and smoky vanillin cedar followed by earthy black olive and spice notes. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses generous blackcurrant and dark plum flavours over some lightly toasted vanillin cedar, earth and spice. Very fine grained tannins showing excellent integration. Concludes with a blackcurrant, dark plum, toasty vanillin cedar and spicy earth aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
