2015 Hardys HRB Pinot Noir

Fruit was sourced from the Yarra Valley and Tasmania. Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright crimson hue. Perfumed aromas of violets, ripe dark cherries and strawberries intermix with anise, some meatiness, toasty cedar and spice. Light to medium bodied with a generous supple mouthfeel, abundant richness and an excellent power wave the palate is filled with spicy ripe dark cherries and strawberries tinged with violet infusions over some meatiness and spicy cedar. Almost seamless tannin integration. Superb depth finishing with a long delicious aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, ripe strawberry, subtle anise, dried meats and spicy toasted cedar.
