2015 Glen Eldon Eden Valley Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge on the outskirts and a watery hue. Top notes of lime dominate the nose over some citrus and mandarin with subtle steely mineral end notes. Mouth watering flavours of lemon and fresh lime are followed by a touch of mandarin with a crisp mineral infused finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime, mandarin and mineral.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years.
