2015 Garagiste Le Stagiaire Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of white peach meld into some dried honey, subtle cashew and nougat with faint citrusy mineral end notes. Texturally rich the palate features flavours of fleshy white peaches, citrusy dried honey and subtle nougat with a trace of following cashew. Finishes with fresh acidity and a lick of minerality. Aftertaste of fresh white peaches, subtle dried honey, citrusy nougat, faint cashew and bright minerality.
