2015 Erste + Neue Pinot Grigio

Full of flavour, this is a beautifully textured Pinot Grigio.

Bright pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of pears and ripe apples are overlaid by a faint whiff of honeysuckle with citrusy mineral end notes. Beautifully textured palate with a rounded almost supple like mouthfeel that finishes with a bite of freshness. Generous flavours of ripe pears and Jonathan apples laced with honeysuckle are followed by traces of quince and spice. Dry conclusion with an aftertaste of pears, Jonathan apples, honeysuckle and quince.
