2015 Eradus Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Pungent gooseberry and passionfruit aromas are overlaid by herbaceous grassy characters with some capsicum and asparagus following on. The palate packs some real punch possessing excellent concentration for it’s price point. Mouthfilling flavours of herbaceous gooseberries intermixed with passionfruit and some grassy asparagus characters are followed by a touch of capsicum on the tangy crisp finish. Long aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberries, passionfruit, grassy asparagus and capsicum. Great value.
