2015 Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of citrus, passionfruit and fresh gooseberries greet the nose with some underlying herbaceous grassy characters and mineral end notes. Fresh and vibrant the palate has excellent concentration and length with flavours of passionfruit and citrus over some green apple and traces of lime followed by some faint herbaceous characters and mineral. Clean crisp acidity gives the wine a snappy finish.  Long aftertaste of passionfruit, green apple, citrus, some light herbaceousness and mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
