2015 Di Giorgio Family Kongorong Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime, citrus and green apples are overlaid by oily toast like notes with hints of wet steel also evident. Still fresh and vibrant the palate has a spine of steely acidity with flavours of lime, citrus and crunchy green apples wrapped around it. Excellent intensity with a dry, crisp steely finish. Long lime, citrus, green apple and steely mineral aftertaste.
Drink now or hold 5-6 years for further development.
