2015 Cofield Rutherglen Shiraz

Totally opaque inky black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated aromas of black cherries and liquorice meld into notions of smoky cedar, fennel and blackpepper. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses rich plummy black cherry and liquorice flavours which sit over fennel , vanillin cedar and pepper. Ripe, slightly grainy tannins. Aftertaste of dark plum, black cherries, liquorice, fennel, smoky vanillin cedar and pepper.
Cellar 5-6 years.
