2015 Clyde Park Single Block College F15 Pinot Noir

Deep bright dark red colour showing good depth with a crimson purple hue. Perfumed aromatics with ripe dark cherries and subtle strawberry notes laced with a light overlay of anise and clove followed by some meaty characters and spicy cedar. Light and supple the palate boasts outstanding richness and power delivering a torrent of ripe dark cherry and strawberry flavours over a back drop of anise, toasty cedar, dried meat and spice. The tannins velvet like but also providing excellent structure. Very long and persistent aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, strawberries, some anise infusions, toast, dried meats and spicy cedar.
