2015 Clairault Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Elevated ripe blackcurrant and mulberry aromas are intermeshed with vanillin cedar, dried tobacco, earthy black olive and dried herb notes. Rich blackcurrant and cedary tobacco flavours fill the medium to full bodied palate with dried herb, earth and spice nuances then moving in. Sturdy but polished tannins form the framework. Excellent depth with a long ripe blackcurrant, cedary tobacco character, spicy dried herb and earthy black olive aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years.
