2015 Cape Jaffa En Soleil Pinot Gris

Certified Organic. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Light fresh pear, apple and dried honey aromas are followed by some citrusy mineral end notes. Light to medium weight with a nicely rounded textural feel the palate has flavours of ripe pear, apple and dried honey over some faint spice. Dry finish with an aftertaste of ripe pears, dried honey, apples and a hint of spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
