Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a watery hue. Aromas of fresh pear, apple and citrus are followed by a hint of mineral. Crisp and light across the palate with flavours of pear and apple over some citrusy mineral. Dry finish with an aftertaste of pear, apple and citrusy mineral.
